- National ID (NID) or Passport
- An email address (optional, but recommended)

Each person may only open one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, NID, or device may result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds forfeited.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification secures your account and helps prevent fraud. Withdrawals are limited without KYC. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission — up to 48 hours during busy periods.

A wagering requirement (or rollover) refers to how many times you need to place bets before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.
If your net losses in a week reach a certain threshold, a portion is returned as cashback. Cashback is typically credited to your account every Monday. The cashback rate depends on your VIP level.
